Hello, my name is Ken, and I am the owner of M Club. Due to my father's business in the trading business, I spent my childhood abroad (U.S.A., Canada, Thailand, and Malaysia), I returned to Japan when I entered high school.

During my college years, I studied overseas twice (Australia and France). After graduating from college, I started an import business and visited numerous countries in and around Europe for work. Thanks to my background, I have encountered a diverse array of people and had unique experiences all over the world. However, one thing was universal among all the men I met, and that was enjoying a night out on the town with an eye-catching woman. What man doesn't want to have the most beautiful woman in the room all to himself?

In many large cities, there are many escort clubs that cater to foreigners. However, in Japan, while there are many escort clubs for Japanese clients, only a few exist for foreigners. Our club is licensed and operated under Japanese law (the New Entertainment Establishments Control Law). We provide the world's top-level Japanese ladies to executives from all over the world. In order to maintain mutual trust, our club is exclusively for members. During the initial meeting, our staff will meet with new clients and determine whether to grant membership. We kindly ask that you sign the contract (Note 1) to register you as a member. Your privacy is our priority, and we will safeguard your personal information with our double security system. If you are unable to complete the initial application process or if an applicant does not meet our standards, we will deny club membership.

Prohibited Actions or Items

Access to our club will be denied to those exhibiting the behaviors listed below or who fall under one of the following categories:

• Individuals under the age of 18
• Those engaging in or demanding actual intercourse or excessive services beyond norms
• Anyone intoxicated by alcohol or drugs, including drug users
• People who are mafia members or are part of a group that has ties to the mafia
• Individuals with or suspected of having STDs, skin diseases, or contagious illnesses
• Those soliciting our ladies for dates outside the club
• Refusal to shower or bathe before engaging in play
• Demand for excessive services beyond norms, such as S&M and other extreme actions of a perverse nature.
• Use of smartphones, cell phones with cameras, or any other recording devices
• Recruitment of our ladies or any actions considered as such by the club.
• Involvement of our business competitors
• Bringing another person to the observation or participation
• Display of aggressive behaviors, violence, or verbal abuse towards our ladies, or solicitation of their private information
• Unauthorized touching of our lady's belongings
• Failure to shower prior to engaging in play
• Unsanitary conditions at an off-site location or as perceived by our ladies
• Stalking behaviors toward our club's ladies
• Refusal to leave the room after playtime concludes
• Taking our ladies to locations with limited or unavailable communication or detaining them without club permission
• Bringing special clothing items, devices, or toys not allowed by the club for optional services

If anyone engages in prohibited behaviors or if our staff or ladies determine such behavior has occurred, the club will immediately terminate the client's membership. Play will also be halted immediately. Depending on the severity of the behavior, we reserve the right to report individuals to the police. Additionally, the client will be required to pay JPY1,000,000 for breach of contract.

Our Hygiene Control

The club requires our female talents to undergo regular health checks conducted by a medical office. We also provide regular training on the basic knowledge of STDs to ensure the provision of safe and sanitary services.

If our ladies detect any STDs in clients, they will notify the client and may terminate the service. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. In such cases, refunds for fees will not be provided.
